Manish Vora is the Executive Vice President & Head of Sales at WNS Global Services. Manish has over 13 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Innovation, Strategy and Offering Management, and Financial Framework.

Manish started their career with Accenture in July 2005 as a Director - Lead Solution Architect - Finance and Accounting Outsourcing. In this role, they managed all aspects of the BPO lifecycle including pre-sales, outsourcing feasibility analysis, solution development, RFX process, deal shaping, cost estimation and pricing, leveraging global delivery model, due diligence, contract negotiations, client presentation, site visit, mobilization and transition planning. Manish also led Accenture’s Finance and Accounting outsourcing service line on a company-wide outsourcing innovation, strategy and offering management initiative.

In 2008, Manish left Accenture to join WNS Global Services as the Executive Vice President & Head of Sales. In this role, they are responsible for leading the sales organization and spearheading new business development initiatives. Under their leadership, the company has seen significant growth in both revenue and profitability.

Manish Vora reports to Deepak Gupta, Chief Business Officer. They work with Pieter Du Preez - Managing Director, WNS South Africa, Manoj Chacko - Business Unit Head, Travel and Hospitality, and Jitender Mohan - Head, Customer Interaction Services.
