Rydross John Viva

Rydross John Viva, CHRA, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Stealth Monitoring, Inc. since November 2021, Rydross has also held positions as Human Resources Supervisor. Previously, Rydross worked at Ninja Van from March 2020 to November 2021 as Regional Human Resources Supervisor for Visayas and Area Human Resources Officer. Earlier experience includes roles as HR and Legal Officer at Del Rio Realty and Development of Bacolod, Human Resources Specialist at Teleperformance, and Human Resources Assistant at Panasiatic Solutions. Rydross holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos, completed in 2015.
