Vallens Lewis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Sr. Group Manager (AVP) at WNS since March 2021, Vallens leads executive hiring across various industries including BFS, travel, healthcare, and e-commerce. Previously, Vallens was the Talent Acquisition Lead at Sterling from August 2018 to March 2021, overseeing recruitment efforts in India. Prior to this, Vallens held the position of Group Manager - HR TAG at WNS Global Services from April 2010 to July 2018, focusing on talent acquisition. Vallens began the career as the Proprietor of Ace Employment Solutions, providing manpower and payroll solutions from August 2008 to March 2010.
