Thenghui Chong

ThengHui Chong has a diverse and extensive work experience history, starting as an Internship Trainee at Sony in 2003, and moving on to roles such as Software Engineer at Motorola, R&D Engineer at Nokia, and then as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Nokia. ThengHui also co-founded Payla, a start-up focusing on cloud mobile solutions, before taking on leadership roles at PLUS Malaysia, including as Head of Innovation, Technology & Projects, and eventually becoming the Chief Technology Officer at Hiredly in 2022. Throughout their career, ThengHui has shown a strong focus on technology innovation and strategic development, with a customer-centric approach to product and service delivery.

ThengHui Chong obtained a BSc in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from the University of Malaya in 2005. Additionally, ThengHui Chong has obtained certifications including ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) from ICAgile in 2021, and HRDF Certified Trainer from HRDF - Human Resources Development Fund Malaysia in 2019.
