Kolja Kress

Kolja Kress has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Kolja has held leadership positions in various companies, including Woco Group, Behr-Hella Thermocontrol (BHTC), and Honeywell. At Woco Group, they served as the GM & CFO, overseeing the global manufacturing company. Prior to that, they were the Group CFO & Managing Director at Behr-Hella Thermocontrol, where they managed the financial aspects of the automotive supplier. At Honeywell, they held multiple roles, including CFO for the Fire & Security Division and Global Finance Integration Leader for Elster Group. Kolja also served as the CFO EMEA(I) Fire Division and held positions in financial planning and analysis. Prior to these roles, Kolja Kress worked at Novar plc as a Senior Group Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst, and at Girmes Limited as an Accounting Clerk. Kolja Kress has extensive experience in financial management and has worked in global setups with significant sales and employee numbers.

Kolja Kress completed their education with a Master's degree in Strategic Finance from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the same university in 2004. In 2002, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Economics from Hochschule Niederrhein. Kolja started their educational journey with a degree in Economics as an Industrial Clerk from Girmes GmbH / German Business School in 1999.
