Cynthia Thomas, MAHRI, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at St Vincent de Paul Society Canberra/Goulburn since August 2022, Cynthia previously held the position of HR Advisor People and Culture at Woden Community Service from July 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Carers ACT and HR Coordinator at Southern Migrant & Refugee Centre. Cynthia’s career began in recruitment and claims management, with significant positions at Mphasis and IAG. Cynthia holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Deakin University and a degree in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Training Design and Development.
