Alana Ortiz

Alana Ortiz has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Alana began their career as a Server at Teak Restaurant in 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of English Second Language Teacher with TEFL Heaven. In 2019, they joined Pereless Systems as a Client Success Specialist. Finally, in 2021, they joined Wodify as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and Customer Success Agent.

Alana Ortiz attended Rutgers University from 2014 to 2016, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Alana then went on to receive a TEFL Certificate from TEFL Heaven in 2017-2018, specializing in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor.
