Hania D'Avoine

Hania d'Avoine is an experienced HR professional with 18 years in the field and a strong expertise in Learning Management Systems, Organisational Development, HRIS, and Career Counselling. Currently serving as a Blended Learning Developer and Assessment Quality Officer at Wodonga TAFE since May 2023, Hania has previously held multiple roles at Northern Health, including eLearning Manager, Learning Experience Designer, and LMS Data Analyst from May 2019 to May 2023. Prior to that, Hania worked with Toyota Motor Corporation Australia as a DRIVE Systems Consultant, Case Management Consultant, and LMS System Support Advisor from January 2010 to December 2017. A career break was taken between January 2018 and December 2019, which occurred due to the closure of car manufacturing in Australia and participation in the DRIVE program, enabling a transition to new career pathways. Hania holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Victoria University, obtained between 1996 and 1998.
