Joe is a passionate advocate for the use of data and technology in building better products and experiences. With a background in neuroscience and executive-level roles at organizations like Reddit, Beats Music, Hustle, and Tubi, Joe has spent more than a decade making products more useful, more accessible, and more effective.
Before joining Woebot Health, Joe was Vice President of Revenue and Personalization for Tubi, the recently acquired television and movie app. Before that, he held leadership positions at Hustle, where he developed products that fueled one-to-one conversations at scale, Reddit Inc., as one of the company’s early data science hires, and Beats Music (acquired by Apple), where he used data science and analytics to deliver sophisticated personalization and engagement experiences. Joe also holds a Ph.D. in neuroscience from Trinity College Dublin, as well as a M.S. in medical physics and a B.A. in electronic and computer engineering from the National University of Ireland, Galway. He completed his post-doctoral training at Caltech and Stanford School of Medicine.
