Megan Flom, Ph.D., is a seasoned biostatistician currently serving as a Senior Biostatistician at Woebot Health since September 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Lead Analyst and Senior Healthcare Analyst at Mass General Brigham, focusing on evaluations of Population Health programs. During doctoral studies at Boston University from 2013 to 2020, Megan designed research projects on early child socio-emotional development, employing complex statistical analyses and managing large longitudinal studies. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Graduate Research and Evaluation Intern at EMPath, Project Coordinator at the Boston University Twin Project, and teaching assistant positions in educational settings. Megan holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Science, a Master’s degree in Developmental and Child Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Visual Arts, all from Boston University.
