Luigi Mallardo has over 16 years of work experience in various roles. In 2004, they began their career as an International Business Development Director and Global Account Director for Kantar Worldpanel, where they were a member of the Global Leadership Team with key Unilever senior executives. In 2010, they joined Affinnova, Inc. as Vice President Europe, Strategic Accounts, and was later acquired by Nielsen. In 2012, they founded and became Partner of SaaSup, a hands-on Customer-Centric Strategic & Operating System for SaaS and SaaS-like Revenue Growth. In 2017, they took on the role of Hands-On Father. In 2018, they became an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School, teaching classes at the Owners Scale-up Program. In 2019, they became a Pavilion Ambassador, advocating for Pavilion’s vision, and founded and chaired the Barcelona chapter. In 2020, they joined Cloud Academy, Inc. as a Sales Advisor and Coach to CEO. In 2021, they became a Go-To-Market Coach & Advisor for GLO Customer-Centric scaleup at BAT. Luigi also served as an Angel Investor and Mentor of the Founding Team at Woffu from 2016-2022, where they led the go-to-market strategy from concept to execution and the revenue engine.

Luigi Mallardo completed an internship at Philip Morris Companies' marketing departments during a Marketing Management Course at New York University. Luigi then went on to receive an MS in Business and Economics from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
