Nicci Bonfanti

Nicci Bonfanti (MBA) is currently the Assistant Head of the Film and Media Department and a Film & Media Teacher at Woking College, where responsibilities include teaching A level Film Studies and Media Studies, overseeing a year 12 form, and serving as a Peer Mentor Trainer and Mental Health First Aider. Previously, Nicci was a Women's Coach at One of Many, providing support to female executives, and served as Media Studies Coordinator and Teacher at Rosebery School. Other experience includes roles in education at secondary schools and the Open University Business School, where Nicci lectured in Management Studies. As a Managing Director at Trusted Sales Dynamics and Manage2improve, coaching and training business owners were central focuses, alongside performance consulting at Talent Dynamics. Nicci holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from The Open University and a BA (Hons) in Communication Studies from the University of South Wales.
