Vanessa Matthews

Vanessa Matthews is the Director of Client Services at Wolcott, Wood and Taylor. Vanessa has over 20 years of experience in the medical billing and collections industry. Vanessa began their career as an Account Manager at Physician Support Systems in 1997. In 2005, they became the Manager of Billing/Collections at Rush University Medical Center. Vanessa left Rush in 2012 to become the Director of Operations at Medical Business Office/ Trustmark Recovery Services. Vanessa joined Wolcott, Wood and Taylor in 2013.

Vanessa Matthews works with Jennifer Micci - Director of Billing and Collections, Sabine Desir - Director of Coding, and Christopher Basil - Director of Information Technology.
