Chris Kellaway

Chris Kellaway has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chris started their career in 2007 as a Planner at The Fish Can Sing, where they worked for a few months before joining MediaCom as a Communications Planner. At MediaCom, Chris handled client relationships, strategic direction, and managed projects for retail and financial service accounts. In 2010, they transitioned to Accenture as a Management Consultant in the Talent & Organisation service line. Here, they gained expertise in change management, learning & collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and training design. After four years at Accenture, Chris moved to Westminster Cathedral Choir School, where they served as the Head of Religious Studies, Deputy Head of Boarding, and Head of House. Chris held this role until 2018 when they joined Woldingham School as the Director of Empowered Learning, combining the roles of Head of Teaching and Learning and Director of Coaching.

Chris Kellaway attended the University of Cambridge from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Theology. The degree received was an MA in Theology.
