Eric Flocco

With extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services, Eric specializes in office, retail, medical, industrial, and investment properties. Prior positions include Vice President of Real Estate and Public Affairs at Clear Channel Outdoor and Senior Real Estate Manager at Spirit Halloween, focusing on site selection, market analysis, and lease negotiations. Eric's career began at Interstate Commercial Real Estate as Vice President of Leasing/Property Management, overseeing development, brokerage, and property management. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rowan University.
