Jeffrey L. Garon

Jeff leads Wolf’s Strategic Services Practice helping Wolf’s clients across all the firm’s niches with a focus on supporting the C-Suite.

Jeff has been has been a contributing member of executive teams, managing various business models and their respective assets from start-up through IPO and other exits. Jeff has worn many hats, including Founder, Managing General Partner, Managing Director, CEO, CFO, COO, and Chief Strategy Officer.

He has worked with teams in Crypto/Blockchain, Semiconductors, Software, Hardware, B2B, B2C, SaaS, PaaS, Consumer Products, Cannabis Banking, Manufacturing and Financial Services. As both an insider and service provider, Jeff has led fundraising and capital markets processes including, IPOs, PIPES, Reverse Mergers, M&A, VC, Institutional, Convertible and Private Debt. Utilizing his strong operational skillset, Jeff has collaborated with teams across multiple corporate functions to implement financial reporting, KPI development, strategic planning, SEC, SOX, and AML/BSA/KYC compliance programs. He has managed international teams installing manufacturing and operational systems in Israel, Mexico, China, Taiwan, and the US.

Jeff has a passion for mentoring management and other team members. He has coached and supported system implementations through leadership, transparency, and partnership. By utilizing metrics, and detailed reporting, his efforts have helped drive execution, align costs, reduce burn where appropriate, improve cash flow, generate revenue and bottom-line profits for stakeholders.
