Jacob Mrugacz

Jacob Mrugacz has extensive leadership experience in the construction and materials industries, currently serving as President of Rock Road Companies, Inc., since December 2022, and President of Wolf Paving Company, since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Jacob held the position of President at Bluff City Materials from 2016 to 2018, following a tenure as CFO and Controller at the same company. Jacob's career includes financial expertise as Treasurer at ACCION Chicago and significant auditing experience at Deloitte and Clifton Gunderson LLP. Jacob began the professional journey as an Accounting Analyst at ACES Power Marketing after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ball State University - Miller College of Business between 1999 and 2003.
