Adam Savett is the Managing Partner at Savett Law Offices LLC, where they specialize in representing consumers and small businesses pursuing claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Junk Fax Prevention Act (JFPA) and other privacy statutes. They have also founded TXT Capital, a consulting firm serving the needs of institutional investors, government entities, law firms, and D&O firms. With a background in securities and class action litigation, they have held various leadership roles at different firms throughout their career.
