John Samberg

John Samberg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and insolvency. Currently a partner at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP since August 2013, John has also served as a partner at Toews Samberg & Murphy, Inc. from May 2012 to 2014, and as a member at SulmeyerKupetz, APC from April 2009 to April 2012. Prior to these roles, John held the position of Vice President at CLP Resources, where responsibilities included managing litigation and compliance. John began a notable career as a litigation partner at Bisno, Samberg & Mulvaney, LLP, focusing on tort and commercial litigation. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA.
