Tereza Naucova

Tereza Naučová is a legal professional with extensive experience in M&A, Corporate Law, Private Equity, and Financial Institutions. Currently serving as Counsel at Wolf Theiss since September 2019, Tereza previously held the position of Managing Associate at Kinstellar from 2009 to 2019 and worked as a Junior Associate at Linklaters from 2006 to 2008. Tereza holds a Ph.D. from Charles University, an LL.M. from the University of Münster, and a Master's degree from Charles University.
