Lauren Eck

Lauren Eck's work experience includes serving as the Regional Director of Catering Sales at Wolfgang Puck Catering since August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Catering & Sales at Wolfgang Puck Catering in Texas from April 2017 to August 2021, and the Director of Catering & Sales at Reunion Tower from August 2016 to April 2017. Lauren also worked as a Senior Catering Sales Manager at Wolfgang Puck Catering from December 2013 to July 2016, and as a Catering Sales Manager from September 2012 to November 2013. Before joining Wolfgang Puck Catering, Lauren was the Director of Events at Edison's Dallas from August 2010 to September 2012. Lauren began their career as an intern at Design Cuisine in May 2008.

Lauren Eck earned a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Park and Tourism Management from Penn State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Lauren also obtained multiple certifications, including Preventing Workplace Harassment, Making Invisible Influencers Visible - Impact of Unconscious Bias, COVID-19 Hospitality Training, and COVID-19 Safety Training, all from Compass Group USA.
