Ramona Andreea Rohan, Ph.D.

Ramona Andreea Rohan, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the software development industry, with a focus on quality assurance and project management. Ramona Andreea is currently working as a Scrum Master at Wolfpack Digital, where they oversee the development of web and mobile applications. Prior to this role, they worked at Endava for four years, serving as a Scrum Master and Test Lead. Ramona Andreea was responsible for leading testing efforts and ensuring project success. Before joining Endava, they held QA Lead positions at Fortech and accesaeu, where they were responsible for implementing quality assurance processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Ramona Andreea started their career as a Senior Tester Engineer at Endava, where they gained valuable experience in testing methodologies and tools. Prior to that, they worked as a QC Engineer at Yonder, where they contributed to the testing and quality control of software products.

Ramona Andreea Rohan, Ph.D. completed their education at Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science. Ramona Andreea obtained their Ph.D. in Mathematics from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Algebra and Geometry from 2008 to 2009. Ramona Andreea also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, which they completed from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ramona Andreea Rohan has obtained several certifications. Ramona Andreea is a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), certified by Scrum.org in March 2022. Ramona Andreea also holds the certification of "Formator" from the Ministerul Educației Naționale, obtained in May 2021. Furthermore, they are an ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level, certified by the International Software Testing Qualification Board in October 2015.
