Curt Progl

Curt Progl is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Process Development Engineering at Wolfspeed since August 2018, with previous roles including Sr. Process Development Engineering Manager and Materials R&D Engineering Manager. Prior to Wolfspeed, Curt worked at Cree from May 2010 to August 2018, contributing to the Consumer Lighting division and advancing solid-state lighting products. His earlier experience spans various roles at Evans Analytical Group, Dell Computer Corp, Compaq Computer Corp, Exide Electronics, and Data General, showcasing expertise in mechanical engineering, technology development, and analytical sciences. Curt holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from North Carolina State University, an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, and multiple degrees in engineering from North Carolina State University.
