Mohit Diwekar

Mohit Diwekar is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Wolfspeed since January 2016, leading a team to support the manufacturing of wide-bandgap semiconductors for Power and RF applications, overseeing project coordination, and managing budgets. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Wolfspeed, focusing on tool and process ownership, process improvement, and collaboration with R&D teams. Previous positions also include R&D Engineer at Blackrock Microsystems, where emphasis was on wafer-scale manufacturing, and Process Engineer at Solan PV, dealing with metal film deposition processes. Diwekar's early career involved work as a Research Associate at the University of Utah, contributing to the development of Optical Neural Interfaces, followed by a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Nanotechnology.
