Stephen Tovcimak Jr.

Stephen Tovcimak Jr. is an accomplished technical project manager at Wolfspeed, specializing in new product introduction for discrete power devices since June 2020. With a focus on silicon carbide MOSFETs and Schottky diodes for automotive and industrial applications, Stephen is dedicated to advancing next-generation process technologies and device design. Previous experience includes roles as a product engineer and shift leader at various organizations, including Chicken Joes, and internships as a process engineer at IPG Photonics and a summer research fellow at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Stephen possesses a Master of Science in Microelectronic Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Nanoscale Engineering from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
