Victoria Oldhams

Victoria Oldhams (Assoc CIPD) is an accomplished Human Resources Information System Specialist with a robust background in HR systems and data management. Currently employed at Wolseley Group since August 2024, Victoria previously held positions at Grafton Group plc, where responsibilities included supporting CoreHR for over 11,000 colleagues in the UK and Ireland, as well as managing the Kallidus learning platform for an additional 14,000 colleagues globally.
