Theo Naicker

Theo Naicker is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Saint-Gobain since September 2023, where responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives and managing programs such as graduate trainee initiatives. Prior to this, Theo held various roles at Zutari from February 2018 to August 2023, culminating in the position of Talent Acquisition Leader, focusing on strategic hiring initiatives, employer branding, and enhancing candidate experiences across Africa and the Middle East. Earlier experience includes positions at CNS|Vendore Recruitment as Owner and Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Siemens as Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Impact Human Resources as Recruitment Consultant. Theo received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Milpark Education and a Higher Certificate in Archives and Records Management from the University of South Africa.
