Nora Albakus

Nora Albakus has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as Customer Support Manager at Wolt since September 2019, where previous roles included Support Team Lead and Support Shift Lead. Prior to Wolt, Nora worked at IKEA Group from January 2015 to December 2018 in various leadership positions, including Customer Support Team Leader and Team Lead Manager. Nora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Art Management, with a focus on Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from Budapest Metropolitan University, where studies were completed between 2012 and 2016.
