Omer Gilad

Omer Gilad is an experienced construction projects manager currently working at Wolt since 2023. Previously, Omer served as the Head of Development at Selina from 2021 to 2022, overseeing the launch and management of multiple development projects and liaising with upper management. From February 2020 to March 2021, Omer managed the Tenders & Constructions Bids Department at MIDVED - Cost Engineering Ltd., leading over 18 tender brochures and project cost evaluations. Omer's experience also includes serving as a Project Manager for the Israeli Ministry of Defense from 2015 to 2018, where large-scale infrastructure projects valued between $2.5M and $10M were led. Omer's military background includes roles such as Project and Facilities Manager, Head of Staff, and Practical Architecture Engineer in the IDF from 2009 to 2015. Omer holds a Certificate in Construction Planning and Execution from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Political Science and Government from the same institution, alongside a diploma in Practical Engineering - Architecture from He-Amit College Rishon LeZion.
