Andy Peters

Andy Peters is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in operational excellence and strategy consulting. Currently serving as Lead Program Manager for Operational Excellence at Wolters Kluwer since April 2022, Andy previously held roles including Senior Project Manager and Strategy Consultant at Fluence, where responsibilities included creating an enterprise-wide Project Management Office and developing a Portfolio Governance process. Prior to Fluence, Andy founded and led Quickstep Catering of Washington, growing the business into a profitable multi-million-dollar venture. Experience also includes overseeing a multi-million-dollar project portfolio at Freddie Mac and a consultancy role at Deloitte, managing teams and liaising with clients. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and studied International Business at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
