Nandu Rajagopalan

Nandu Rajagopalan is a finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business analysis, and financial management. Currently serving as Vice President Finance for Business Analysis & Controls and Vice President for M&A at Wolters Kluwer since January 2017, Nandu is responsible for supporting global M&A execution, integration, and separation. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Sourcing and Vice President for Inorganic Growth at Citi, where business development and vendor negotiations were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes work as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young in corporate tax and investment structuring, and as an Associate at Arthur Andersen focusing on global tax advisory services.
