Amy Klimek

Amy Klimek is the SVP of global HR at Wolverine Worldwide. Amy has over eight years of experience in the field of human resources and has been with the company since 2005. Klimek has a proven track record in developing and executing global HR programs and initiatives, as well as leading a team of HR managers and functional experts.

Klimek has extensive experience in organizational development, employee relations, and talent management. Amy has played a key role in the growth of the company, both domestically and internationally. Klimek has negotiated union contracts, restructured organizations, and developed policies and best practices that have helped Wolverine Worldwide expand its operations globally.

Amy Klimek has a B.S. in Psychology from Grand Valley State University and a Masters cert in Human Resources from Villanova University. Amy also has a certification from SHRM in Professional Human Resources Certification.
