Sierra Schraff Thomas

Sierra Schraff Thomas is an accomplished Programme Manager specializing in innovation and partnerships at Womankind Worldwide, where initiatives focus on elevating local feminist voices for the betterment of women and girls globally. With extensive experience at Peace Brigades International, roles included Interim Director of Programmes and Learning, International Coordinator, and Project Coordinator in Mexico, where Sierra managed significant budgets, coordinated protection initiatives for human rights defenders, and provided critical support and training to international volunteers. Additional experience includes leadership positions at the National Women Human Rights Defenders Network in Mexico and a formative role in the Hispano American Student Tutoring for Achievement Program.
