David Carter

David Carter is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in telecommunications law and remote legal proceedings. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Calloquy, PBC since September 2020, David has developed a virtual litigation platform designed to enhance the efficiency and security of remote legal processes. David's previous roles include Of Counsel and Equity Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, where guidance is provided on Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) compliance, and as the Founder of The TCPA Defense Force, focused on mitigating TCPA risks for businesses. David has also served as Founder and Managing Member at Innovista Law PLLC and held various positions in litigation and regulatory counsel, including at Arent Fox and Womble Carlyle. With a legal education from William & Mary Law School and a background in social entrepreneurship as an adjunct faculty member, David Carter combines legal expertise with a commitment to innovation in the telecommunications industry.
