Youth Engagement Lead at Women Building Futures

Bri Drury has a diverse work history that ranges from education to non-profit and community development. Starting in 2006, Bri worked as an Elementary School and Special Needs Teacher for Elk Island Public Schools and Edmonton Public Schools, where they focused on creating inclusive and supportive learning environments. In 2016, Bri became a Vice President and Board Member for Ottewell Community League, demonstrating their commitment to community involvement. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Fund Development Specialist for the Edmonton Public Library, successfully managing a multi-channel annual giving campaign. Bri also served as a Contract Proposal Writer for The Erika Legacy Foundation in 2019. In 2021, they took on the role of Program Manager at Junior Achievement Northern Alberta & NWT, where they led a team in delivering educational programming to over 30,000 students. Most recently, Bri has been working as the Youth Engagement Lead for Women Building Futures.
