Previously, Tanya held multiple high-level positions at Vitality Group Inc., including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Growth Officer, and Health and Productivity Executive. Tanya's prior roles at Life Healthcare included Group Operations Executive and Group Executive for Integration & People. At Investec, Tanya was Head of Strategy Execution for Private Banking, as well as Head of HR and Head of Learning & Development for the Private Banking division. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (2004-2006) and a BCom Hons in Politics from the University of Cape Town (2000-2003).
