Barbara Mair

Barbara Mair has extensive experience in board membership and leadership roles across various sectors, including public, private, and not-for-profit organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for Laureate Education, Inc. and Banco del Bajio, Barbara also holds positions with WomenCorporateDirectors and serves on multiple boards since 2001. As a member of the International Women's Forum in Mexico since 2004, Barbara actively contributes to the advancement of women in leadership. Previous leadership roles include Directora at Automation Anywhere and Directora at Workforce Digital. Barbara Mair earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Languages from Dartmouth College and a Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from The University of British Columbia.
