Laura Haylock

Laura Haylock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in evaluation, program impact, and gender equality. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Design, Learning, and Impact at Women Deliver, Laura has previously held positions as an Independent Consultant at Gender At Work and Assistant Director at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Early career roles include Evaluation Manager and Senior Evaluator at Indigenous Services Canada, as well as Manager of Program Impact and Manager of Program Development, Quality and Knowledge at Oxfam Canada. Laura holds a Master of Arts from Carleton University's Norman Paterson School of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from Wilfrid Laurier University.
