Silvia A. Carretta

Silvia A. Carretta is a fellow at Cornell Tech's Digital Life Initiative and a research affiliate at New York University School of Law's Information Law Institute. Silvia A. is also a doctoral candidate at Uppsala University and WASP – Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program. Silvia serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Head of the Global Legal Team at Women in AI, and Silvia A. has a background as a Founder | Lawyer at IP and Tech Lab law firm. Additionally, Silvia A. has experience as a visiting researcher at the Centre for IT & IP Law (CiTiP) @KU Leuven. Silvia holds degrees in Legal Tech Essentials from Bucerius Law School and European Intellectual Property Law from Stockholm University, among others.
