Women in Aviation International
Chrissi Culver is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a Chapter Relations Specialist for Women in Aviation International since January 2017, managing communications with chapter officers across nearly 150 chapters. Since June 2015, Chrissi has worked as an Air Traffic Control Specialist for the Federal Aviation Administration at the Fort Worth Air Route Traffic Control Center, contributing to the organization's mission for safe air traffic flow. Additionally, Chrissi has been a Research Assistant for Christine Negroni, assisting with research for the book “The Crash Detectives,” and is also an accomplished blogger and freelance journalist specializing in aviation topics. Previous experience includes roles in various capacities at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where Chrissi provided support in multiple departments, and entrepreneurial ventures including a plane-washing service and a dog care business. Chrissi holds a degree in Air Traffic Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
