Catherine Ellis, PHR

Catherine Ellis, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2011, they started their career at Comcast as an Inbound Sales Supervisor and later transitioned to the role of Sr. Retail Learning and Development Professional in 2012. From 2016, they worked at EDS Employment & Career Consulting as a Career Development Manager/Owner. In 2019, they briefly served as an Organizational Development Consultant at Haiti Now (Ayiti Now Corp). In 2021, Catherine joined Comcast again as a Program Manager, Xfinity Learning Solutions, and was later promoted to Sr. Manager of Business Engagement Xfinity Sales in 2023. Currently, they also hold the position of Director of Technology and Virtual Production at The WICT Network, starting in 2022. With their extensive experience in sales, learning solutions, career development, and technology, Catherine has developed versatile skills and knowledge in their field.

Catherine Ellis, PHR, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they studied Commerce and Business Administration at The University of Alabama. In addition to their academic qualifications, Catherine has obtained several certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in October 2016. Catherine also completed the HR Analytics for HR Business Partners certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in August 2021 and the Google Project Management certification from Coursera | Google in December 2022.
