Jacqueline C. Xu is an experienced professional in translation and localization, currently serving as the Nonprofit Compliance Manager at Women in Localization since October 2020 and also co-founding the MIIS Chapter where Jacqueline acts as Events Manager. In addition, Jacqueline is a mentor for the TILM Mentorship Program, advising graduate students on course selection and job searches. Previous roles include Project Coordinator at TVT Media and Publishing Coordinator at Lizard Publishing, along with experience as a Language Project Manager at Global Lives Project and Senior Linguist at JF, specializing in media localization. Jacqueline co-founded the China Honey Jar fan club, leading translation projects and facilitating events for Borussia Dortmund. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Translation and Localization Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and German from Colorado College.
