Carol Webb

Carol Webb, M.A., currently serves as an Income Building Specialist at Women In Need, Inc. (Win) since January 2016, where responsibilities include supporting work-eligible adults in WIN shelters to enhance their income and achieve financial stability through various employment and income-building activities. Previous experience includes a role as Care Coordinator at the Post Graduate Center for Mental Health, and an assistant position at City University of New York- Brooklyn College, focusing on student support and program development. Additionally, Carol held several positions at Housing Works Inc., providing case management for HIV-positive clients in a Transgender Transitional Housing Program and other related roles. Carol holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Africana Studies from the same institution.
