Bonita K Black is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in public finance law, corporate law, and governance. Currently serving as a Partner at Lucosky Brookman LLP, Bonita K Black leads the Public Finance Practice Group and manages complex corporate transactions involving both taxable and tax-exempt financings. In addition to this role, Bonita K Black is also a Trustee at the Kentucky Country Day School Board, where strategic direction and policy formulation occur. As Louisville Office Managing Member at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, Bonita K Black opened the firm's Louisville office and gained diverse legal experiences.
