Emma Cooper

Emma Cooper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations within the marketing research industry. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at System1Group since December 2004, Emma is responsible for talent management and organizational support. Additionally, Emma holds the position of Advisory Board Member for Women In Research, contributing to initiatives that promote equality. Emma's roles have included Senior Director of Operations and Managing Director of Group Operations, alongside a temporary position as EVP US Business Development. Emma is also actively involved in education as an Academy Councillor for Parallel Learning Trust. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Surrey and a Postgraduate Award from Warwick Business School.
