Alison Aguiar

Alison Aguiar has over two decades of experience in marketing operations, currently serving as a Member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle since April 2023. As Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at Barnes & Noble, Inc. since 2006, Alison manages marketing functions for a dual-channel retailer generating over $3.4 billion in revenue. Previous roles include Director of Book Club Demand at Scholastic, where Alison analyzed product placement for a $405 million division, and managed direct marketing fulfillment and operations in various capacities. Alison holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Pace University - Lubin School of Business and a BA in Business Management from Marymount Manhattan College.
