Sophia Popatia

Sophia Popatia is a dedicated professional with a strong background in marketing, leadership, and research within the realms of STEM and healthcare. Currently serving as the VP of Marketing and Website Manager at Women in STEM, Sophia manages digital initiatives and collaborates on event promotions. As Co President of the UWO Chapter of Hemoglobal, responsibilities include team management and advocating for inclusivity in healthcare. Previous roles encompass event coordination at MediFacts, formal organization with the Western Ismaili Students Association, and research support at Western University. With a degree in Biology and a minor in Health Science from Western University, Sophia combines academic knowledge with extensive hands-on experience to advance community initiatives and educational outreach.
