Tia Hogan

Tia Hogan, AFSB, currently serves as Surety Vice President at USI Insurance Services since August 2022 and is actively involved as a Board Member of the Women Builders Council and Chair of the Events Committee for WOMEN IN SURETY (WIS). With a robust background in the insurance industry, Tia previously held various underwriting roles at Liberty Mutual Surety™ from 2014 to 2022, along with experience as a Business Systems Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance prior to that. Tia's earlier career included positions in customer service and support at Hurricane Restaurant and educational roles at the University of Connecticut, complemented by an internship at Nationwide Insurance. Tia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Business from the University of Connecticut.
