Dawn Watts

Dawn Watts is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DW Consultants Inc, established in February 2020, and a member of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship since October 2023. Prior experience includes membership at GTA Black Women In Tech from January 2020 to August 2023, serving as a Strategic Advisor at Emissary.io from November 2019 to February 2023, and working as a Business Consultant for both the Minority Business Development Agency and the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council in 2021. Dawn Watts held leadership roles at Nielsen as Head of Global Operations from July 2011 to November 2020, at Convergys as Director of Operations from July 2008 to April 2011, and at AT&T as Director of Operations from August 1997 to June 2008. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Louis University, a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Strayer University, and further studies in diversity, inclusion, and leadership at institutions such as the Yale School of Management and Cornell University ILR School.
