Paula Bolton currently serves as the Chief Marketing and Program Officer at Women in Technology (WIT) since September 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing marketing and program health, managing a team of four direct reports, and enhancing STEAM education outreach for underserved populations in Georgia. Noteworthy achievements include leading major programs, managing significant scholarships, executing successful corporate sponsorships, and overseeing WIT’s digital marketing strategies. Prior experience encompasses roles as Senior Program Director at Workaway, Special Projects Manager at Edible Arrangements, and Manager of E-commerce and Marketing Technology at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, alongside a background in journalism with CBS News and FOX 5 Atlanta. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Broadcast Journalism and a New Media Professionals Certificate from the University of Georgia.
